Diana Giner Alonso is a teaching assistant at the Department of English and German Studies in the Faculty of Arts of the University of Zaragoza. She graduated in English Studies at the University of Zaragoza in 2003. Later, she obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Secondary Education at the University of Nottingham and an MA in Textual and Cultural Studies in English at the University of Zaragoza. She is now working on her doctoral thesis on discourse analysis of Arbitration practices within a PhD programme at the University of Zaragoza.  She is also involved in an international Arbitration project led by professor Vijay Bhatia.

Her research interests include discourse and genre analysis, forensic linguistics, professional legal practices and ESP.
